Raising the bar in hospitality

Dedicated to raising the bar in Hospitality standards in Western Australia, Empyrean’s training includes:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30707)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Barista training (nationally accredited and recognised)    

Empyrean offers funded positions to eligible candidates for Certificate III training. Traineeships with financial rewards for both employer and trainer are now available.

Certificate III in Hospitality - now recruiting...

There are many roles and opportunities available across the various hospitality settings including restaurants/cafes/bistros, hospitals, hotels, caterers, clubs and pubs. This course provides the training required to operate effectively in all hospitality settings.  You will gain the skills, knowledge and attitude needed to meet hospitality industry demands.

Government funded positions available - enquire today!

Empyrean has been selected by the Access 2010 program to provide training in Certificate III in Hospitality. This program is funded jointly by the Western Australian and Federal Governments.

This is fully funded training for those students not adequately engaged in the workforce, partially funded for persons already employed looking to improve their skills. There are limited positions available.

This program is jointly funded by the Commonwealth Government and the Government of Western Australia.

 

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - $85
Half Day

  • RSA is a compulsory requirement for anyone working in liquor related industries.
  • Stay a step ahead by enrolling in Empyrean’s RSA course.  On completion, you will be greatly improving your employability.

You will:

  1. Be qualified to provide responsible service of alcohol
  2. Learn about standard drinks and responsible serving
  3. Develop skills to minimise and handle drunken disorderly behaviour
  4. Comply with the Liquor Act

Barista Empyrean - $320
Four hours per day for four days

With Empyrean’s Barista course, you will mean you’re readily employable as an expert Barista. Empyrean's nationally recognised and accredited course will equip you with the skills to 'Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee' [SITHFAB012A]
